Blogging Vacation

I often go back and forth on keeping my blog. I love to keep a record of our journey and what I've been up to, but I feel like I have too many irons in the fire right now. So instead of stopping completely, I've just decided to take a little vacation from blogging. You can still keep up with what we are up to from my husband's blog, and there is also a link in his side bar that will show when I'm back. Hopefully when I am back I can share pictures of what I did on vacation. :)

Boo! How will we be able to show baby what it's like starting your own farm without having your blog??? Some of us have to live vicariously, you know!

Boo hoo!

We will miss you -- but we know spring and summer are busy, busy, times of year.

We will look forward to meeting up with you again in the fall. Take care!

I don't know whether you'll get this, but I'm hoping so. I am wondering if my parents have poision ivy growing in a wooded area of their lot (yard). Mom said, you know who will know is the Beginning Farmer's Wife. I've posted about it here (5/31 post)

If you have a second to visit and let me know, I'd appreciate it!
I hope you're getting lots done on the farm.

thanks for the posting on canning pinto beans. I'm going to do it this weekend. You need to think about making your own laundry soap too. It's easy, cheap, and works. I found a great recipe on www.thefamilyhomestead.com and others at tipnut.com. Thanks again
