Strawberry Blossoms!

We're coming upon my favorite time of the garden year!

Last year we had as many strawberries as we could eat, freeze, and preserve for family. I also had enough to make Crooked Gap Farm Jam to sell throughout the year. This year I am looking to have 3 times the berries as last year.

Hmmm. . . What to do, what to do?

if you chose to sell them fresh, please keep us posted on Facebook, I would make the drive from Osceola to Crooked Gap for good, fresh, REAL berries!

Will do! We might take them to our Des Moines and Pella deliveries as well. It will depend on if I can keep up with the picking or enlist some little farm hands to earn some money picking with me. I'll post on Facebook and have Ethan give updates in our farm newsletter if it works out. :)
